Arizona Conference CANCELLED

I am sad to report the Ehlers-Danlos Society Global Learning Conference to be held in Arizona from July 9-11, 2020 has been canceled. ☹️

But it is understandable, as we all have bigger problems now.

Scroll down below to see my original post about it. I was really looking forward to it. I learn so much. I make great friends. My time with other Ehlers victims is an important part of my life. We are really different people, and it’s nice to be normal somewhere. I get to understand myself better.

The European Learning Conference in Paris had been originally scheduled for March.

That has been postponed until November.

Do I think it will take place?

YES!!

I do think the coronavirus will have swept through the planet, reaped its devastation but also created herd immunity, so life will be going on by then.

Will I be there?

YES!! 🤞

I was going to attend the Paris Conference in March, but I broke my dumb foot. 🤬

My foot is doing really well now. Healing moved to warp speed, once I started getting laser treatments for it. Yay!

Will I see ❤️❤️YOU❤️❤️ in Paris in November?

I HOPE!!

There will be lots of fun to have after Covid-19.

Paris is heaven.

Original Post about Arizona Conference

I go to every Ehlers-Danlos Society event that I can.

I meant to go the Paris Conference this year, but with my broken foot, I did not want to run around the streets of Paris. Boo-hoo!

I always think I know everything about EDS. Then I go to a conference and I learn so much more that I use to improve the quality of the medical care I receive and my life.

I meet inspiring people who become my friends.

It’s very special to be face-to-face with people who know my suffering. I need to be reminded of who I am, the strange life of someone with Ehlers-Danlos, that I cannot compare myself to normal people. To me, anyone not physically handicapped is normal.

I highly recommend going.

Registration is open for the 2020 Ehlers-Danlos Learning Conference which will be in Scottsdale, Arizona July 9-11.

Yes it is pricey. Unfortunately no Big Pharma sponsors. Too bad.

The Ehlers Danlos Society is doing an excellent job and the best that they can with their resources.

These days, in the great City of Los Angeles, more and more doctors are advertising Ehlers-Danlos as a condition they treat. W-O-W!

Why is this hapenning?

Because EDS Echo, an endeavor from the Ehlers-Danlos Society, is teaching doctors the world over how to identify and treat us.

I signed up for the Arizona Conference. I hope to see you there.

I snagged a conference rate room. Who wants to be my roommate?
